Solution Overview
The Dart Displays system integrates battery-efficient Wi-Fi cameras that capture images of retail shelves twice daily, ensuring consistent inventory tracking. These cameras communicate with a cloud-hosted portal via AWS IoT Core, where AI algorithms analyze stock levels and detect issues like stockouts or misplaced items. With a sleep mode to conserve battery life, the cameras operate autonomously, minimizing maintenance needs. The user-friendly dashboard enables retailers to monitor devices, annotate images, and access actionable insights in real-time.
The Result
The collaboration between Oxit and Dart Displays resulted in the Magic Eye solution, an innovative system that redefines inventory management.
