Product Requirements

The key to a successful project is honest and open communication. Establishing a clear Products Requirement outline gives the development plan momentum and keeps everyone on the same page. Getting it right the first time is just as important as getting development started.

Statement of

We know the importance of the right engineering plan, with clearly defined milestone deliverables that are tangible to you, as a client. Providing project status throughout the entire process is dependent upon an accurate and clear engineering plan from day one.

Master Services Agreement

Our clients aren’t transactions to us. Every project requires a dedicated development time frame and allows us to take the best possible care of every client on an individual level. Your project’s start date is just a phone call away.

Retainer Invoice

You’ve decided to invest in your idea. We’ve committed to making it happen. Last Step? We’ll send an invoice initially for labor, with a second for materials necessary to the project.

Phase 1

Discovery and Planning

Uncovering project limitations as quickly as possible is key to the vitality of your project. This phase focuses specifically on the set up and performance of experimentation in order to explore the full combination of factors that will yield optimized results. Reverse engineering targeted at existing hardware paired with a firm of understanding of the market the product will enter into is necessary in this phase.

Phase 2


The fun begins. After each iteration of this phase, we’ll deliver 5 assembled, functional prototypes to you. You’ll be able to collect market research, get client feedback, and test each prototype iteration until the experience is exactly what you’re looking for.

Phase 3

Design Finalization, Qualification
and Certification

Now that we’ve gotten the prototype exactly how you want, the next step is to get the design ready for fabrication and to be sold as a product. In order to do this, lots of testing needs to be done. While this testing is performed and minor errors are corrected, the design is sent out for certifications that enable the product to be sold. It’s important that we know what regions the product will be sold in. This enables us to get the correct certifications for each region.

Phase 4


Your design is ready to fabricate in bulk. Now the last step is to make sure that you’re ready to handle the customer support of your new product! Training on how to tackle over the air updates, documentation of user guides, troubleshooting techniques, and keeping track of serial numbers, etc for warranty returns all need to be done. We’ll help you setup the infrastructure for this and are here to support you as you scale. If the quantities needed for this project are less than 1000, we’ll also take care of making the units for you. 100% made in the USA.
